Exciting Customer Service Advisor Role - Hybrid - 13/hr - Full-Time - Remote Training!

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid - 3 days from home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Compensation: 13 per hour + Weekly Pay

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to general policyholder inquiries and manage annual scheme updates, ensuring all queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
* Accurately perform pensions calculations and enter data with precision, working closely with your team to support each other.
* Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timescales while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Collaborate with your team to continually improve processes and enhance the service delivered to clients.
