Your expertise in SharePoint, Viva Engage, Teams, and third-party integrations will drive organisational improvements in collaboration, security, and digital transformation.Client-Facing Impact: This role places you in direct contact with stakeholders, allowing you to understand their business needs and deliver tailored Microsoft 365 solutions. Your work will have a tangible impact on clients, helping them achieve their digital goals.Collaborative Environment: Partner with internal engineering and product teams to influence solution design and ensure seamless delivery. Your insights and expertise will be valued and utilised to shape the future of client solutions.Flexible Working: Enjoy the benefits of a flexible hybrid working arrangement, operating out of the office in Edinburgh. Balance your professional and personal life while contributing to exciting projects.Core Skills Required:- Demonstrable background working with Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and Microsoft 365 integrations.- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 security & compliance (e.g., Microsoft Defender, Purview, Intune).- Hands-on experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Exchange Online, and hybrid identity solutions.- Proficiency in solution design, implementation, and support of enterprise-scale M365 environments.- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models and the ability to recommend cost-effective solutions.- Understanding of Microsoft tenant geo-locations and their impact on data residency, compliance, and performance.- Ability to advise on Active Directory setup, including authentication models and hybrid configurations.- Basic PowerShell scripting for automation.- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Desirable Skills:- Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).- Power BI knowledge for data visualisation and reporting.- Certifications in Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Fundamentals.- Knowledge of ITIL, Prince2, or structured project methodologies.If this roles sounds like a good fit then please apply now or reach out to John Walker on or
