The firm boasts an excellent reputation in the local market and are looking to recruit a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join their growing Corporate Tax team. The firm place a strong emphasis and commitment to work-life balance for all staff while offering excellent career progression opportunities and a host of attractive benefits.Your new roleIn your new role you will be responsible for overseeing your own portfolio of clients alongside assisting with the management of the firm's Corporate Tax team. You will be involved in tax planning and advisory projects which will arise as a matter of course across this diverse portfolio of clients, such as property transactions, capital allowance claims, R&D tax credits and cross-border transactions. There will also be the opportunity to work on stand-alone tax advisory projects such as structuring acquisitions and disposals, group re-organisations, due diligence and structuring equity incentives.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will be CTA qualified with extensive experience and expertise within Corporate Tax managing your own portfolio of clients. You will have astute technical knowledge and be comfortable carrying out client-facing work relating to both corporate tax compliance and accounting. The ideal candidate will also be an experienced people manager, boast excellent written and verbal communication skills and possess strong problem-solving capabilities.What you'll get in return
