Legal PAEdinburgh City CentreFull Time - Monday to FridayUp to £31,000 per annum with two additional bonusesHybrid Working (2 days in the office)Search Consultancy are currently working with one of the UK's top legal firms to recruit a Legal PA for their Construction team in the Edinburgh office. The core responsibility of this role will be to provide comprehensive support to the primary fee earner and additional secretarial support to other fee earners in the team when required.Duties involved in this role will include:* Drafting and distribution of correspondence on behalf of the fee earners* Diary management and travel coordination for fee earners as required* Creation and amendment of documents and presentations* Liaising with clients, acting as a first point of contact and on behalf of fee earners* Ensure all client contacts are maintained and accurate on the internal systems* Complete client billing requirements, including preparation and distribution* Deal with team expenses and processing claims on behalf of the fee earner* Support in meeting preparation with accurate minute taking when required* Other ad hoc administrative duties including filing and scanningIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Strong Legal PA experience is essential* Experience in Property and Infrastructure Disputes is preferred* Must have the ability to work accurately and efficiently* Must be able to confidently work to strict deadlines* Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quicklyIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
