HR Training Officer - Temp
South-side of Edinburgh based | office-based role initially | potential for hybrid as the contract progresses
Full Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Pay rate up to 20.00 per hour depending on skills & relevant experience

Search Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh based client in the housing services sector to recruit an experienced Training Officer who will be responsible for the design & delivery of training across the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Designing a variety of training modules & courses, initially with a specific focus on HR policies & processes
* Delivery of this training across the business in a staged group format, ensuring that all staff receive the training (approximately 250 staff)
* Creation of a specific training course for line managers within the business, as well as delivery of this training
* Carrying out a review of the company's training courses, ensuring that they are relevant & fit for purpose
* Various other L&D/HR duties as required

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous relevant experience within a specific L&D or Training role, or within an HR role with exposure to Training or a Training element involved
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - this is absolutely ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suite
