Sonic Summary

We are seeking a 2nd line service desk analyst for a growing company based in central Edinburgh.
The position requires networking skills and familiarity with Office 365, Azure AD, and In-tune.
The salary for this role is up to £40,000, accompanied by a good benefits package.
The job entails a minimum expectation of three days in the office and two days working from home.
Candidates should have relevant experience in a similar role to be considered.

We are working with a central Edinburgh based company of 65 people and growing however, are part of a large UK organisation of 1000 people.

They need a 2nd line service desk analyst with some networking skills to support the office.

Salary to £40k, good benefits package. 3 days a week office, 2 at home is the minimum expectation.

* Office 365 suite, email / customize ribbons etc.

* Azure AD

* In-tune
