About the Role

As the CyberArk Practice Manager, you will spearhead the development, delivery, and management of CyberArk security solutions. This leadership role combines strategic planning, client engagement, team development, and business expansion, making you the key driver of the CyberArk practice’s success.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership and Strategy

  • Develop and execute the CyberArk practice strategy aligned with SysGroup's overall business goals.
  • Drive growth by expanding the market presence and client base for CyberArk solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all CyberArk-related initiatives.

Client Engagement and Solutions Delivery

  • Lead engagements to understand client PAM needs and design tailored CyberArk solutions.
  • Oversee high-quality CyberArk implementations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Management and Development

  • Build and lead a team of CyberArk consultants, engineers, and project managers.
  • Mentor and develop team members, enhancing their technical and professional capabilities.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

Technical Expertise and Innovation

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CyberArk technologies and industry best practices.
  • Develop and implement privileged access management best practices aligned with compliance standards.
  • Lead pre-sales activities, including demos, RFPs, and workshops.

Business Development and Partnerships

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with CyberArk and other vendors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and client pitches.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 8+ years in IT security, with 4+ years focused on PAM solutions.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a management or practice lead role.
  • Proven success in CyberArk implementations and client engagements.

Skills

  • Strong technical expertise in the CyberArk suite (e.g., PAS, EPM, AAM).
  • Leadership, communication, and client management excellence.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).

Certifications

  • CyberArk certifications (e.g., CyberArk Defender, Sentry) preferred.
  • Additional certifications like CISSP or CISM are a plus.
