Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line ICT support to staff and students.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues across the network.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions within a Microsoft environment.
  • Assist in the setup and maintenance of classroom technology and AV equipment.
  • Support project implementation, including network upgrades and software deployments.
  • Collaborate with ICT teams across the trust, sharing best practices and resources.
  • Document technical processes and update knowledge bases for internal use.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an ICT technician role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows-based systems and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle (travel expenses covered).
