IT Support EngineerEdinburgh On-site Working Required
Role OverviewWe’re seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide essential technical support across the studio. Reporting to the IT Service Manager, you’ll handle front-line desktop support, assist with IT projects, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver first-line technical support for users via Helpdesk and Teams.
- Manage and set up user accounts in Office 365, Perforce, and Atlassian tools.
- Set up workspaces and configure high-end hardware for new team members.
- Maintain the asset inventory, handling new hardware as it arrives.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and replace or upgrade components as needed.
- Support IT equipment in meeting rooms to ensure seamless functionality.
- Assist with IT project tasks and engineering needs as required.
- Proficient in PowerShell and Office 365 management.
- Experience with G Suite/Office 365 migrations.
- Basic networking knowledge and experience building high-performance PCs.
- Strong command of Windows
- Exposure to Linux and macOS is a plus
- Excellent communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to research and resolve issues independently.
