The RoleAs an Associate Town Planner, you will:
- Lead and manage complex planning projects across various sectors.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on development and planning matters.
- Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities, developers, and community groups.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
- Contribute to business development through client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Chartered Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
- A proven track record in planning, with experience managing projects and teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scottish planning policies and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes.
