Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client illustrations and paperwork
  • Process and chase new business (paper-based and online)
  • Handle fund switches and rebalances
  • Send and follow up on Letters of Authority
  • Format suitability reports and research Pension Replacement Contracts
  • Provide efficient support to Financial Adviser and Office Manager
  • Issue policy documentation and obtain valuations
  • Prepare death schedules for families and Solicitors
  • Maintain and update client data in our back-office system
  • Train new team members and ensure compliance with FCA guidelines
  • Manage correspondence and general office duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Financial Adviser environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Experience with Intelligent Office and provider platforms is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
