Description

  • Process and manage end-to-end payroll for a large workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Review and verify payroll data, including hours worked, salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and benefits.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, as well as company policies.

  • Maintain and update payroll records and documentation in line with legal and company requirements.

  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters.

  • Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings, audits, and year-end documentation.

  • Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure payroll data aligns with employee records and benefits information.

  • Assist with the improvement of payroll systems and processes.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Profile

  • Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex) and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

  • In-depth understanding of payroll tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Certification in Payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional - CPP) is a plus.
