A dedicated Finance Assistant is needed to support our Accounting & Finance Department within the life science industry located in the East of Edinburgh . The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with financial reports, accounts payable and other financial tasks.

Description
- Supplier maintenance
- Processing Invoices/Expenses/Credit notes including delivery notes and invoices,
- Processing payments to Suppliers
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Resolving invoice queries
- Management of Finance mailbox, responding to queries in a timely manner.
Profile
A successful 'Finance Assistant' should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
