The position is for a Physicist, Astrophysicist, or Theoretical Physic/Software Engineer with a strong academic background.
Candidates should possess a degree or PhD in Physics, Software/Electronic Engineering, or a related Mathematical subject.
Experience or training in developing scientific or technical software applications in a Linux environment using C++, C, or a scripting language like Python is required.
A background in physics programming, including C, C++, Java, Python, and Mathematical Modelling, will be beneficial.
Graduates or engineers without commercial experience will be considered for the role.
