Central Edinburgh-based | fully office-based role
Temp role for at least 2 months | potential for extension & may be made permanent
Part-Time role | 12:30pm to 5:30pm | Monday to Friday (25 hours per week)

Pay rate up to 14.00 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working with a well-known business in Central Edinburgh to recruit for a Receptionist to cover afternoons in the office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Reception & Administration cover each afternoon, 5 days per week, on-site in their Edinburgh based office.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Dealing with incoming calls & visitors to the office
* Acting as liaison point for staff and visitors who have enquiries, issues or require assistance
* Maintaining up to date records of departmental employees contact detail
* Acting as an initial point of contact on H&S issues that may impact the safe operation of the building
* Monitoring the cleanliness and safety of the public areas of the building
* Responsibility for closing the building at the end of each day
* Various other ad hoc Reception & Administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:
* Previous experience in a Reception role - this experience is ESSENTIAL
* Solid IT skills including the use of MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Self-motivated and able to work well within a team
