Our client

We have recently partnered with an amazing charity based in Egham who are currently looking for a part-time Administrator to join their team. This role will play a key part in supporting the internal teams with a large variety of tasks including diary management and booking in appointments for key members. They have a hugely supportive working environment and have a collaborative team who regular meet altogether on a monthly basis to discuss future developments for upcoming projects across the charity.This role will be 17.5 hours per week. 9am-1pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday and Team development days (First Wednesday of each Month) 9am-3pm

Job description:-

  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
  • To support in maintaining our in- house recording system (Charity Log)
  • Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, presentations and other correspondence
  • To maintain a Policy Review Timetable
  • To support the Head of Impact and Quality to prepare reports.
  • To support the Head of Wellbeing and Development on Team Development Days (One per month)
  • To monitor sickness / absence
  • Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
  • Maintain Safe Hr (Updates) and upload of documents, both electronic and physical
  • To support the Head of Communications and Fundraising Project by updating Charity Handbook

  • Good IT systems skills including all Microsoft packages
  • Can work calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to deal with confidential information or situations in an appropriate and sensitive manner
