What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the EMEA Project Management and Sales Teams.
  • Helping with deal administration - ensuring data quality and supporting sales processes.
  • Assisting with sales handovers, making sure new orders are ready for project teams.
  • Maintaining project dashboards by adding new projects and keeping records updated.
  • Supporting timesheet management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Helping to track performance using simple KPIs and metrics (don’t worry, you’ll be shown how!).

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong administration skills - you love keeping things organised!
  • Great attention to detail - accuracy is key.
  • Good written and spoken English - you’ll be working with teams in EMEA.
  • Comfortable with MS Office - especially Excel.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude - you enjoy problem-solving and working with others.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):

  • Some experience in project coordination or working with project teams.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project (not essential).
  • Any experience handling finance-related admin tasks.
