Location: Egham (on-site, Monday to Friday, full-time)
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend to 6 months (workload dependent)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the EMEA Project Management and Sales Teams.
- Helping with deal administration - ensuring data quality and supporting sales processes.
- Assisting with sales handovers, making sure new orders are ready for project teams.
- Maintaining project dashboards by adding new projects and keeping records updated.
- Supporting timesheet management, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Helping to track performance using simple KPIs and metrics (don’t worry, you’ll be shown how!).
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong administration skills - you love keeping things organised!
- Great attention to detail - accuracy is key.
- Good written and spoken English - you’ll be working with teams in EMEA.
- Comfortable with MS Office - especially Excel.
- A proactive, can-do attitude - you enjoy problem-solving and working with others.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have!):
- Some experience in project coordination or working with project teams.
- Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project (not essential).
- Any experience handling finance-related admin tasks.
