Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their passionate team. You will assist clients to reach their goals by offering reliable, innovative solutions tailored to their needs.

  • £24,000 - £28,000 (DOE)

Job Description:

  • Gain a deep understanding of the product suite and develop effective troubleshooting skills.
  • Deliver first and second-line support for Telephony, Mobile, and Broadband customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all changes within the CRM system.
  • Respond to client inquiries within defined SLAs, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle incoming emails, tickets, and calls, prioritising and escalating issues as needed.
  • Accurately process orders for numbering, telephony, and connectivity via the portal, ensuring full completeness and accuracy.
  • Independently diagnose and resolve client issues, utilising available resources and tools for effective solutions.
  • Coordinate hardware orders with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory control.
  • Provide regular status updates to the Operations Manager regarding ongoing issues and projects.
  • Take on additional tasks as necessary, contributing to various responsibilities within the team in a small company environment.

Person Specification:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Comprehensive training will be offered, though prior knowledge of customer service, telephony, and broadband systems is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to think both critically and creatively to resolve issues.
  • Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks and documentation.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
