Introduction:

Our client is looking for a Senior Insolvency Administrator to work in their Heathrow Office. They are looking for a motivated and dedicated Senior Insolvency Administrator to take ownership of their own client portfolio, with managerial support. The role will involve supporting the business in delivering revenue and profitability targets, with a key focus on the development of client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage case delivery, including pre-appointment, case progression and closure as well as ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner.
  • Attending interviews with directors, bankrupts and other relevant parties investigating Directors and debtors’ conduct.
  • Work collaboratively with directors and employees both pre and post appointment as well as liaising with solicitors on specific legal issues arising on cases.
  • Attend meetings with creditors and shareholders.
  • Be the point of contact for dealing with claims and queries from creditors and declaring dividends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA or CPI/ICAEW qualified.
  • Insolvency experience is essential for the role as you will need to be confident in managing asset valuations and realisations independently.
  • Ability to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress.
  • Experienced case handler.
