Asa Shift Manager, you will provide management throughout production, to lead the recycling shift and ensure that all site processes are carried out to agreed standards of quality and efficiency.

You will be joining a growing company dedicated to reducing electrical waste and that will provide you with the potential to develop your career within this industry.

Package

  • PM Shift 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
  • 30,000 - 40,000 plus 5% shift allowance
  • Perm Position

Duties will include;

  • Preparation of the shift including shift briefing and site inspection.
  • Organising production throughput, allocation of job roles and traffic management.
  • Measure productivity and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Ensure high standards of production discipline are maintained
  • Assist with general maintenance requirements.
  • Performance manage staff and provide training, coaching and support to the team
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.

About You

  • You must be a strong leader with good interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and an adaptable person who is willing to work in a hands-on role.

Experience

  • Experience in managing a team,ideally within the waste recycling industry but not essential.
  • WAMITAB COTC Level 4 in hazardous waste treatment/transfer is an advantage but not essential.
