You will be responsible for making sure that orders are processed, customer queries are answered and be the first point of contact for contractors.What you'll need to succeedCustomer service or sales administration experience, preferably with a manufacturing, construction or engineering background. Please note this role is office-based and will require the successful candidate to be on-call.Shift pattern is as follows:Week 1 & 2: 9am-5pmWeek 3: 7am-3pmWeek 4: 10.30-5pm (on call until 9pm and Saturday and Sunday) What you'll get in return
