Randstad Education are recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in an Ellesmere Port primary school. The role is based in a supportive school environment that values collaboration to give children the opportunity to reach their full potential. This role is starting after February half-term until Easter, with the opportunity to be extended further for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN.
- Understanding the needs of each pupil and how best to support them in the classroom.
- Working with the class teacher to feedback progress and work together to provide the best support possible.
- Helping out during lunch and break times.
- Following the school's behaviour management policy.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Childcare qualification
- EYFS experience
- Strong English and Maths skills
- Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
