Shift Fitter - Exciting Opportunity!
Hexagon Recruitment is seeking a skilled and motivated Shift Fitter to join our client's dynamic company. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and competitive compensation.
Key Details:
Initial Training Period:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Post-Training Schedule:
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
- 2 x 12-hour day shifts followed by 2 x 12-hour night shifts
Benefits:
- £38,000 to £45,000 p.a.
- Free medical scheme after probationary period
- Time and a half for overtime
- Two 30-minute unpaid breaks per shift

Requirements:
- 5 years or more experience of plant fitting and maintenance in an industrial environment
- Good Multi-skilled knowledge range (Electrical & Mechanical)
- Maintain and repair a wide range of processing equipment
- Welding, both stick and MIG
- Strong understanding of Engineering drawings and able to fabricate from such
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work day and night shifts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
