Your new companyOne of the leading bitumen manufacturers in Europe, this company is looking for temporary receptionist cover from 25th September-4th October.Your new roleYour main duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Signing in contractors
- Arranging site inductions
- Alerting relevant site members to contractors' arrival
- Managing incoming calls to the site
- Additional general admin
What you'll need to succeed
- Exceptional customer service and being a great first impression on customers and clients.
- Amazing telephone manner with a positive and welcoming personality.
- Previous experience in customer service or administration and are reliable and committed.
- Proficient with IT and Microsoft Packages.
- Be able to consistently execute excellent customer service and problem-solving wherever possible.
What you'll get in return
- Full-time hours Monday-Friday 08:00 till 16:00
- £13.50 incl holiday pay
- Free on-site parking.
