One to One Tutor required
Salary/ Rate: £75 for 2 hour session
Exclusive Education is looking to appoint a GCSE and Functional Skills Tutor to work with a pupils who aren’t accessing mainstream schools for various reasons such as permanent exclusions ,EHCP or disengaged with mainstream education . The sessions will either take place at a school, library or home. This role has flexible hours and days, working either mornings or afternoons.
The ideal candidate will have previous Tutor experience. The successful candidate will be working with students out of school setting for a range of reasons.
In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE and or QTS)
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years
- Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
- Previous KS3 to 4 experience
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs
- Two references working with children
- Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
