Are you ready to take your conveyancing career to the next level? Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their thriving Residential Property team. This is your chance to work alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Experience in a similar conveyancing or paralegal role (though training will be provided).
- A proactive approach to managing deadlines and handling pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong IT skills, especially in Word and Excel.
- A professional and approachable manner, both with clients and colleagues.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Managing client onboarding, including file creation and due diligence.
- Preparing and issuing contract packs and property searches.
- Handling pre-completion tasks such as SDLT forms, completion statements, and accounts indents.
- Liaising with clients and third parties to handle enquiries.
- Keeping client files up-to-date, both electronically and physically.
- Completing post-completion tasks and archiving files.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is up £26,000 Depending on experience
