Are you ready to take your conveyancing career to the next level? Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Conveyancing Paralegal to join their thriving Residential Property team. This is your chance to work alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Experience in a similar conveyancing or paralegal role (though training will be provided).
  • A proactive approach to managing deadlines and handling pressure.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Word and Excel.
  • A professional and approachable manner, both with clients and colleagues.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Managing client onboarding, including file creation and due diligence.
  • Preparing and issuing contract packs and property searches.
  • Handling pre-completion tasks such as SDLT forms, completion statements, and accounts indents.
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to handle enquiries.
  • Keeping client files up-to-date, both electronically and physically.
  • Completing post-completion tasks and archiving files.
  • Supporting the team with general administrative duties, including scanning, photocopying, and filing.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is up £26,000 Depending on experience
