Behaviour Mentor – Grange Park, Enfield – Start Date: November 2024

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a large secondary school in Grange Park, Enfield, starting in November 2024.
This exciting role as a Behaviour Mentor offers you the opportunity to work closely with a supportive staff team in a dynamic educational setting in North London.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be part of the pastoral team, working to uphold and monitor the school’s behaviour policy.
You will collaborate with the SENDCo and other key staff members, playing a crucial role in supporting students’ development and wellbeing.
This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for someone passionate about child development and behaviour management, looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Benefits:

£90 per day, paid via PAYE.
Long-term contract, starting from November 2025 until the end of the academic year.

Essential Requirements:

A Behaviour Mentor position requires a Bachelor’s degree from a top UK University.
