The Role:

Position: Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Class).
Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
Start Date: Immediate.
Location: Enfield, North London.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with teachers and EYFS staff to create a warm and nurturing environment where young children can thrive.

Responsibilities:

Support children in their early learning journey, encouraging development through play and structured activities.
Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons.
Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children build confidence and independence.
Observe and monitor children's progress, ensuring they reach key developmental milestones.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience working in EYFS or Nursery settings.
A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to early childhood education.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting young children in their development.
