Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner with a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification? Do you love supporting young learners in their early development? Reeson Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a Nursery class in a primary school in Enfield.

The Role:
  • Position: Early Years Practitioner (Nursery Class).
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
  • Start Date: Immediate.
  • Location: Enfield, North London.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will work closely with teachers and EYFS staff to create a warm and nurturing environment where young children can thrive.

Responsibilities:
  • Support children in their early learning journey, encouraging development through play and structured activities.
  • Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons.
  • Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support, helping children build confidence and independence.
  • Observe and monitor children's progress, ensuring they reach key developmental milestones.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
  • Experience working in EYFS or Nursery settings.
