Job Description:An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading training provider specializing in motor vehicle apprenticeships as a Recruitment Team Leader. Based in Enfield, North London, this role is perfect for someone with a background in sales or recruitment who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management (70%): Lead and manage a small team, ensuring that all placements are completed successfully. This includes overseeing your recruitment consultant, verifying that all necessary paperwork is completed and collected from both apprentices and employers, and ensuring a smooth and compliant recruitment process.
  • Recruitment (30%): Get hands-on with the recruitment process, working closely with your team to secure high-quality candidates and placements. Engage in recruitment activities to meet the needs of the training provider and its clients.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales or recruitment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage a team effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure successful placements.
  • Knowledge of apprenticeships, particularly in the motor vehicle sector, would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
