Location: Enfield

Hours Per Week: 35 Hours

Rate of Pay: 29 P/H (Umbrella)

Enfield Council are currently looking for an experienced Rough Sleeper Outreach Manager to lead their team. This role requires management experience and an awareness of rough sleepers.

Main Duties:

  • Lead and manage a team of outreach workers, ensuring effective performance, training, and development.
  • Oversee outreach activities, including verifying rough sleeping status, conducting assessments, and creating support plans.
  • Develop and implement shift patterns to ensure consistent coverage for outreach services, including evenings and weekends.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor team performance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and safeguarding policies.

The Candidate Will Have:

  • Essential: Experience in homelessness or related services, strong leadership skills, knowledge of rough sleeping issues, excellent communication, and safeguarding awareness.
  • Desirable: Experience with vulnerable adults, knowledge of the Enfield area, relevant qualifications.
