Are you a caring and experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a difference in the life of a child with additional needs? Reeson Education is thrilled to present an opportunity to work 1:1 with a pupil with SEN in a welcoming primary school in Enfield.

The Role:
  • Position: Learning Support Assistant.
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience.
  • Location: Enfield, North London.
  • Start Date: ASAP.

In this role, you'll provide focused, tailored support to help a child with additional needs thrive in their learning environment. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, the SENCO, and other staff to deliver interventions that encourage progress, confidence, and well-being.

What You'll Do as a Learning Support Assistant:
  • Offer 1:1 support for a pupil with SEN, adapting to their individual needs.
  • Help the child develop socially and academically by building confidence and maintaining positive relationships.
  • Implement tailored strategies and techniques to assist learning and behaviour management.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to track and support the pupil's progress.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment that enables the child to reach their potential.
