Benefits: Comprehensive Benefits PackageThe role of the Internal Sales Executive - Timber and Construction Products will involve:
- Internal Sales Executive position, selling a manufactured range of timber and construction products such as: fencing, sleepers, pallets, material packaging and renewable wooden energy pellets.
- Selling into builders merchants, timber merchants and buying groups
- Most of your time will be spent dealing with an existing customer base, conducting repeat sales and maintaining relationships alongside the area sales manager
- Liaising with and supporting the external sales team, helping them to generate new
- sales opportunities, increasing sales within their territory
- Processing orders & dealing with enquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Carrying out admin responsibilities such as logging all relevant customer information on the internal CRM system
The ideal applicant will be an Internal Sales Executive - Timber and Construction Products experience with:
- Must have experience in sales or similar customer facing role - sales support/customer service
- Experience within the timber market sector is preferred however not essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great relationship builder/ account development skills
