Sales Progressor - Theydon Bois

Salary: £40,000 - OTE £45,000

5 Day week - Hours: Monday - Friday 8.45am -5:30pm

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to work within their branch in Theydon Bois, do you have a get-up and go attitude with a professional approach to your working day, along with drive and motivation to succeed then this maybe the position for you.

It is important you are extremely well organized with great customer service experience and live within 30 minutes of the office.

You will feel confident in taking decisions and working on your own initiative.

As a Sales Progressor, your role will include:

  • Managing the sales progression process from accepted offer through to completion - ensuring all parties are kept fully always informed.
  • Maintaining files for each sale and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed.
  • Being the sole point of contact for all parties
  • Liaising with conveyancers / solicitors, surveyors and financial advisors
  • Promoting our services where appropriate and generating referral leads

About you:

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Experience in Sales Progression
  • Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work and a strong focus on accuracy
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly motivated and positive with a "can do" attitude.
