Designer Recruitment are delighted to be working on behalf of a highly reputable Bathroom Showroom, to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant, based in Epsom.
Responsibilities:
- Posting invoices and credit notes from suppliers, on to the system for stock and non-stock items.
- Supplier statement reconciliation.
- Being the first point of contact for relevant purchase ledger enquiries.
- Liaising with appropriate departments or suppliers for proof of delivery where required.
- Chasing credits from suppliers where stock has been sent back.
- Daily sales figure reporting for certain departments.
- Office based only.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience working in a similar role.
- A good understanding of computerised systems.
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Organised, methodical and analytical.
This role can be taken on either a full-time or part-time basis, and is paying up to £30,000.
