Job Summary:
This role involves leading and developing a team of six, coaching them and identifying growth opportunities. The position focuses on managing and improving departmental processes, service levels, and internal/external relationships - particularly with fleet partners, commercial teams, and the network - to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of 6.

Drive process and service level improvements within the department.

Manage key relationships across fleet, commercial, network, and internal teams.

Use data to support performance reporting and identify service enhancements.

Support the Localisation Manager with commercial reviews and reporting.

Understand and improve the full order progression journey from partner to end driver.
Required Experience:

Strategic and creative thinker with a proven track record of driving change.

Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

Experience in relationship/account management.

Customer-focused, data-driven, and self-motivated.

Minimum GCSE qualifications: A-levels preferred.

An understanding of the fleet industry and broker markets
