Principal Mechanical Engineer

Due to the very successful start in the water market, the infrastructure division is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join their expanding team in Epsom. You will be working in a range of interesting sectors including Aviation, Energy, Cities and Development, Education, Transportation and Defence.

We are looking for a candidate who is Chartered with CIBSE or IMechE or is working towards chartership. Ideally, you will be degree-qualified in a relevant field, and have extensive UK water/ wastewater industry experience from consultancy.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead and/or contribute on feasibility, outline and detailed design projects
  • Liaise with internal and external clients within the UK and worldwide
  • Support bidding and be proactive in the winning work
  • Supporting and mentoring junior members of staff


Role requirements:
The ideal candidate must be degree qualified with a mechanical engineering bias, and either be Chartered or working towards Chartership.

You will also need to have experience in water/wastewater industry experience.
