JOB DESCRIPTIONÂ
Payroll:Â
• Preparing payroll for our clientsÂ
• Accurately input payroll data into the payroll softwareÂ
• Deducting tax and national insurance paymentsÂ
• Calculate Statutory Maternity Pay, Shared Parental Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Sick PayÂ
• Processing holiday, sick and maternity pay and expensesÂ
• Calculating overtime, shift payments and pay increasesÂ
• Issuing P45’s and other tax formsÂ
• Dealing with HMRCÂ
• Auto enrolment pension deductionsÂ
• Real time payroll reportingÂ
• Maintain confidentiality at all timesÂ
Bookkeeping:Â
• General bookkeeping for clients using Xero, Sage & QuickbooksÂ
• Maintaining accurate records and managing deadlines efficientlyÂ
• Assisting with VAT returns and other compliance requirementsÂ
• Providing support to clients with Xero and other accounting software • Assisting with Management AccountsÂ
