PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings
Location: Epsom, KT19
Salary: OTE £25k - £28k
Position: Permanent – Part Time
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced residential Property Managerto join a successful, professional, local independent estate agent in the Epsom area on a Part Time basis.
You must have Property Management experience; you will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.
You will also have the ability to build a good report with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service along the way.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager(Part Time) role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- A confident team player
- Positive, professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
- Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
