RENEWALS MANAGER - Epsom, KT17

Salary: £26K to £37K DOE

5 days per week (9am-5.30pm)

Urgently required - a competent, capable and experienced RENEWALS MANAGER for a well respected local independent Lettings company.

The role of the RENEWALS MANAGER is to conduct tenancy renewals in a professional, timely and efficient manner. The role requires achieving the best possible price upon renewal in line with the current market value, along with handling compliance related processes and negotiating with tenants and landlords. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, hardworking and a strong team player who thrives in challenging roles and work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving techniques are required.

The successful candidate must demonstrate and prove the following:

  • Being a team player
  • Able to manage the renewals team/process
  • Demonstrate self-motivation
  • Experience working in an estate agency setting within lettings
  • Work well under pressure
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills
  • Professional and well presented
  • The ability to work towards deadlines
