Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver administrative support to the healthcare team on-site.
  • Manage a range of administrative duties in a busy team setting, including database management, maintaining waiting and call-up lists, and working with various IT systems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, manage telephone communications, and handle general office tasks such as typing, ordering, stock control, and document scanning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and non-judgmental approach.
  • Proficient IT skills, with knowledge of SystemOne, Custodial Management System (CMS), DPS, and National Offender Management Information System (NOMIS).
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK (note: employment offers are subject to additional vetting and security checks due to the nature of the role).
