- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Sage 50 (invoices, expenses, and customer payments).
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end reporting.
- Support management accounts and financial statements preparation.
- Handle administrative tasks, including phone and email correspondence.
- Provide support to senior management on ad-hoc tasks and projects.
- Proven experience using Sage 50 or Sage 200.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
