Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for your next challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client, a well-established and growing company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to join their team.
About the Role:
As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in financial reporting, cost analysis, and budgeting, ensuring accurate and timely insights to support business performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant with a background management accounting - particularly cost accounting and variance analysis. You will help conduct and monitor cost analysis costs to identify areas for efficiency improvements to improve financial controls.
A varied role, you will learn on the job, applying your strong knowledge of accounting and budgeting to help collaborate with the senior finance, assisting in providing guidance and helping with strategic decisions.
What We're Looking For:
- Accounting qualification/part-qualification with relevant management accounting experience.
- Experience from a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Proficiency in financial systems and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
