Role Profile
Our client is a family run business in the FMCG industry going through a major growth phase and looking for a General Manager to join and guide them on the journey.
Do you have a strong background in Food Production/Manufacturing and want to bring your slkills to a challenger brand on the rise?
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's market position.
- Oversee sales and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting responsibilities.
- Ensure efficient and effective operations across the supply chain, production, and distribution.
- Implement best practices to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Oversee the development and execution of operational plans to support business
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs, and regularly assess progress against targets.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Strong Food Production/Manufacturing experience.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Expertise in developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue and market share.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in building strategic partnerships.
- Ability to optimize operations, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
- Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L management.
