Role Profile

Our client is a family run business in the FMCG industry going through a major growth phase and looking for a General Manager to join and guide them on the journey.

Do you have a strong background in Food Production/Manufacturing and want to bring your slkills to a challenger brand on the rise?

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to enhance the company's market position.
  • Oversee sales and marketing functions, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • P&L and Cash Flow Forecasting responsibilities.
  • Ensure efficient and effective operations across the supply chain, production, and distribution.
  • Implement best practices to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
  • Oversee the development and execution of operational plans to support business
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and development.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plan.
  • Set clear performance goals and KPIs, and regularly assess progress against targets.
