  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage Recruitment activities across Permanent, Contract and Global Engineering Workforce, ensuring they meet agreed budget targets.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
    • Strategic Implementation: Set and deliver the company's recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Management Team.
    • Compliance & Quality: Uphold compliance with industry standards, employment law, and ISO processes.
  • Skills & Attributes Required:
    • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
    • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage your workload, and assist others in prioritizing theirs.
    • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of recruitment processes, legislation, and industry standards.
    • Communication: Excellent IT skills and high-quality communication and presentation abilities.
    • Pressure Management: Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high standards.
  • Experience Required:
    • Managerial Experience: Significant experience in managing teams within Agency Recruitment.
    • Contract/Temporary Recruitment: A strong background in high volume contract or temporary recruitment is essential.
  • Desirable Experience:
    • Engineering or Aviation Recruitment: Experience in recruitment within the Engineering or Aviation sectors will be highly regarded.

This is a key leadership role where you'll coordinate and manage our operational recruitment activity, ensuring the delivery of our company strategy against an agreed budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage Recruitment activities across Permanent, Contract and Global Engineering Workforce , ensuring they meet agreed budget targets.
  • Oversee recruitment team members, ensuring they are up-to-date with industry standards and legislation.
  • Support the professional development of your team, ensuring individual objectives and weekly target placements are achieved.
  • Manage administration functions, including contracts, compliance, travel management, and airport security.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery.
  • Support team members during regular client visits, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Strategic Implementation:
  • Set and deliver the company's recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Management Team.
  • Innovate and implement improvements in recruitment procedures and overall service delivery.
  • Ensure the recruitment teams meets their financial budgets, customer SLAs, KPI's, and agreed customer terms.

Compliance & Quality:

  • Uphold compliance with industry standards, employment law, and ISO processes.
  • Play an active role in promoting quality and compliance throughout the company.
