Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (New Home Sales)

Location: Exeter

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000

Hours: 8:45am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, and 9:00am - 2:30pm 1 Saturday in every 4

The Role: As a Client Relationship Manager/New Homes, you will be working in our client's gorgeous city centre office within a team of 3 and you will be working within the New Homes department to manage client expectations. You will also be prioritising the sale of new home properties, from the time they first come to market through to completion. You will be responsible for attending viewings, meeting with potential buyers and market appraisal.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team to ensure smooth and successful property transactions.
  • Working toward a team KPI and target.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, keeping them updated on progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
  • Demonstrate excellent time-management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Utilise your interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Provide administrative duties to the Negotiators and agency team.
  • Organisation of enquiries and appointments
  • Arrange and carry out viewings with both buyers and sellers.
  • Monitor, review, and edit the property adverts.

Your skills and attributes:

  • Professionalism, presentability, reliability, and a positive attitude are key.
  • Proven ability working to KPI's and targets.
  • Experience in property industry is preferable, you may also have gained excellent experience in customer service or sales in different industries.
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
