Role Summary:As a Commercial Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and supporting Account Executives. Key Responsibilities:
- First Point of Contact: Address client and provider queries and issues, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Office-Based Support: Assist your assigned Account Executive with managing client portfolios through new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewal stages.
- Policy Management: Handle a range of general commercial policies and conduct pre-renewal reviews to identify gaps in cover.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with national clients across various industries.
Requirements:
- Experience with Acturis: A significant advantage for managing client portfolios efficiently.
- Strong Communication Skills: Essential for relationship management and rapport-building.
