The Opportunity:

My client based in the sustainability sector are currently on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer on a permanent basis working on a hybrid-basis into their Exeter office.

In this newly created role you will be a key part of my clients engineering team building a new gamification engine, collaborating with the Software Engineering Manager and Head of Data Engineering to architect and build a modern scalable infrastructure hosted in AWS.

You will be migrating from a manually created infrastructure to one created using IAC and built for scale.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a passion for all-things DevOps and championing DevOps practices throughout the technology-stack.

Skills and Experience:

  • You will need to contribute to architect the cloud platform strategy and implementation
  • Champion DevSecOps best practices throughout engineering
  • Working closely with the in-house engineering teams to deploy new features and functionality and improve the existing infrastructure.
