IT Trainer Responsibilities:
- Supervise and deliver IT training across multiple office locations
- Train staff on existing and new software packages
- Tailor training to match audience abilities
- Promote the firm's standardised approach to document formatting and storage
- Work with management to develop and deliver product training as required
- Liaise with various departments to establish training requirements
- Design and develop training programs for different groups
- Review and update induction training content
- Conduct monthly training sessions and floor walks at different office locations
IT Trainer Requirements:
- Previous training experience, preferably in a legal environment (beneficial but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional training qualification (preferred)
- Full and valid UK driving license
- Willingness to travel to different offices in the South West and London, including occasional overnight stays
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
