IT Trainer Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and deliver IT training across multiple office locations
  • Train staff on existing and new software packages
  • Tailor training to match audience abilities
  • Promote the firm's standardised approach to document formatting and storage
  • Work with management to develop and deliver product training as required
  • Liaise with various departments to establish training requirements
  • Design and develop training programs for different groups
  • Review and update induction training content
  • Conduct monthly training sessions and floor walks at different office locations

IT Trainer Requirements:

  • Previous training experience, preferably in a legal environment (beneficial but not essential)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft products, particularly Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional training qualification (preferred)
  • Full and valid UK driving license
  • Willingness to travel to different offices in the South West and London, including occasional overnight stays
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships
